For clients

How do I book an appointment?

Find a business in Explore, pick a service and an open time, and confirm with your phone number. That's it — you're booked.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book with just your name and phone number. An account simply lets you see your appointments and rebook faster.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Open the confirmation link we sent on WhatsApp or SMS, or sign in to “My appointments”. You can cancel or reschedule there.

Will I get a reminder?

Yes — when the business enables it, you'll get a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.

The time I want is taken — what can I do?

Join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the slot is offered to you automatically.

Is my information safe?

We only use your details to manage your booking and never sell them. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

For businesses

How do I list my business?

Go to “For businesses”, sign up and add your services and hours — your booking page is live within minutes.

How much does it cost?

Setup is free. Activating your live booking page is done with an access code today, and online payment is on the way — talk to us and we’ll get you started.

Can my team use it?

Absolutely — add team members with roles, and each gets their own calendar and bookings.

How do reminders work?

Confirmations and reminders are sent automatically over WhatsApp or SMS to reduce no-shows.

Can I change my page link?

Yes — you can edit your URL any time, and old links keep working.
