מחיקת חשבון ונתונים — Tkvaa

אפשר למחוק את חשבון Tkvaa שלך ואת הנתונים האישיים השמורים בו בכל עת. הנה הדרכים:
לקוחות (קביעת תורים)
- היכנסו לאפליקציה או לאתר tkvaa.com והתחברו עם מספר הטלפון שלכם.
- פתחו את החשבון שלכם (תפריט ← החשבון שלי).
- בתחתית העמוד בחרו מחיקת חשבון ואשרו.
המחיקה מסירה את חשבון הכניסה שלכם ואת המועדפים שלכם. היסטוריית התורים שנקבעו בעסק מסוים נשמרת אצל אותו עסק כרשומה תפעולית שלו; להסרתה אפשר לפנות ישירות לעסק או אלינו בכתובת שלמטה.
בעלי עסקים
בלוח הניהול: הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון. פעולה זו מוחקת את העסק כולו — שירותים, תמונות, צוות והגדרות — יחד עם חשבון הבעלים.
אין גישה לאפליקציה?
שלחו בקשת מחיקה ממספר הטלפון או כתובת האימייל שאיתם נרשמתם אל noreply@tkvaa.com ונטפל בה בהקדם.
حذف الحساب والبيانات — Tkvaa

يمكنك حذف حساب Tkvaa وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت:
الزبائن
- ادخل إلى التطبيق أو موقع tkvaa.com وسجّل الدخول برقم هاتفك.
- افتح صفحة حسابي من القائمة.
- في أسفل الصفحة اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد.
يؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة حساب الدخول والمفضّلة. يحتفظ كل عمل بسجل مواعيدك لديه كسجلّ تشغيليّ خاص به؛ لإزالته توجّه إلى العمل مباشرةً أو راسلنا على العنوان أدناه.
أصحاب الأعمال
من لوحة التحكم: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب — يحذف العمل بالكامل مع حساب المالك.
لا تستطيع الوصول إلى التطبيق؟
أرسل طلب الحذف من رقم الهاتف أو البريد الذي سجّلت به إلى noreply@tkvaa.com.
Delete your account & data — Tkvaa

You can delete your Tkvaa account and the personal data stored with it at any time.
Customers
- Open the app or tkvaa.com and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to your Account (menu → My account).
- At the bottom of the page choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion removes your sign-in account and your favorites. Appointment history booked with a specific business is kept by that business as its own operational record; to have it removed, contact the business directly or us at the address below.
Business owners
In the dashboard: Settings → Delete account — this deletes the entire business (services, images, team, settings) together with the owner account.
Can't reach the app?
Send a deletion request from the phone number or email you registered with to noreply@tkvaa.com and we'll process it promptly.
